All items are made to order to your individual measurements. Simply select your usual size when ordering and we will send you instructions on how to take your measurements to your e-mail address.

We use only high quality natural materials. We do not use artificial leather or materials that can cause allergies.

Payment plan

You can make full payment at once or pay in installments by making first payment of 33% or 50%.

In this option, you can make subsequent payments in a free schedule and size, it is negotiated in correspondence, main thing that by time of completion of manufacturing process and time of shipment of entire amount was made.

Also ShopPay provides installments in addition to what we offer (see ShopPay options).

Delivery

All products are handmade to order.

Production time is about 1-2 months (in some cases other terms are possible).
We have two delivery options:

1) Standard postal delivery (UPS/USPS) - within the US 7-14 days, worldwide 14-28 days. Track code is available.

2) DHL Express - 5-7 days in the US and worldwide. Track code is available.

If you have an urgent order or there is a certain deadline, please write us about it.

Replacement or refund

If size does not fit you (provided you have sent correct measurements and the error is on our side) we will remake product and send you a new one, and take back the one that did not fit.

If you are dissatisfied with our work and we could not find a mutual solution, we will refund money after returning product.

The flask is absolutely safe for using. It’s made of natural vegetable-tanned leather. Chromium salts are not used in the production of this leather, so it is environmentally friendly and safe for nature and people. The factory uses natural tanning agents - bark and wood of oak, acacia, larch, willow, etc.
Traditional medieval technology.
The flask is soaked through with natural purified beeswax. Due to this, hermetic is created. We check each flask. It has a light honey aroma.

The shape is formed by food grains.
The flask can be filled with any cold drink: water (including ice spring water), juice, compote, ice tea, lemonade, milk, wine, low-alcohol beverages. Strong alcohol - up to 48 hours.

Each flask is unique because it is completely handmade. Its color and shape may differ slightly from the photo. The flask does not require specific care, but there are several rules that should be followed:

- Do not wash the flask with hot water.

- Do not wash the flask in the dishwasher.

- Do not use household chemicals for washing.

- Do not fill the flask with hot or carbonated drinks.

- Do not store strong alcohol for longer than 48 hours.

- Do not leave in direct sunlight or near heating devices.

If the flask overheats, cool it by filling with cold water. The flask may contain the remains of food grains. Rinse it with cold water before using it. Grains sometimes remain in small quantities after the molding process. After washing, wipe with a soft cloth, dry with an open plug.
