First, we would ask you to answer a few questions, and based on answers, our team will discuss order and calculate approximate cost. Maybe, we will have to ask a few additional questions about details.

If your budget is strictly limited, we offer options on how we can fulfill your order without going beyond of your budget. Also, we accept partial payments. Usually, we divide full sum for 3-4 every month payments. We create the first part of payment and start production.

After the first payment, we send you a instruction list. We check it, and if everything is okay, we start the production, but if we have doubts we may ask you to remeasure a few sizes. Also, we start material searching and of course, we show you photos in progress. After material are approved and purchased we start tailoring.
When the order is ready, we show a final photos for approval before shipping.

Usually, processing time takes 3-5 weeks.

We send custom orders via standart postal delivery or DHL Express, at request of customer. We calculate price based on approximate weight and size of your order and destination.

Please mind, that we accept returns of custom orders. If you have any issue please don't hesitate to write us, and we will definitely solve problem.

Also we accept cancellations. We will make a refund minus PayPal and Etsy fees.
